We hope you love every Glow & Coe purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You may return items in their original, unused, and sealed condition, with proof of purchase, within 14 business days of delivery for a refund.

Glow & Coe only accepts returns for products purchased directly from www.glowandcoe.com.


General Return Guidelines

Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@glowandcoe.com and return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Glow & Coe will refund or replace an item only if it is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described. Products damaged, altered, or defaced by the customer will not be accepted.

We cannot accept products that appear used, opened, tested, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty or defective, as skincare products must remain hygienic and safe.

As skincare items are hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.


Returns Process

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@glowandcoe.com.

Include the following details:

- Your full name

- Order or invoice number

- Product name

- A brief description of the issue

If requested, please return the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

If the item is assessed and found not faulty or damaged, return postage fees will apply.

Failure to meet the above conditions may result in your refund being declined.
